Cakeology.Studio is a purpose built kitchen, at my home, which meets all Food Hygiene/Health and Safety requirements.
Allergy Info
All of our cakes contain the following allergens.
Eggs Wheat/Gluten Dairy
Unfortunately i have had to make the decision to no longer provide "free from" cakes. With my studio being smaller and with so many orders, this is the right direction for the business.
Almonds and hazelnuts are held on site.
A lot of sprinkles contain either E120, shellac, or fish gelatine (not suitable for vegetarian/vegans) and chocolate can contain soya.
Fondant/sugarpaste and some packet items can state "may contain traces of nuts"
Due to each cake being custom made, ingredients/colourants can differ.
A full list of ingredients can be provided if required.
Any dietary requirements must be discussed at point of ordering.
I hold a level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and a Food Allergy and Intolerance Training.

All cakes are custom made in the studio. Everything is baked to order, from scratch using fresh, quality ingredients.
Ordering
4 weeks notice is required for all cakes, however where possible I will accommodate shorter notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering, to secure the booking. Payment must be made via bank transfer or cash.

Collection and Delivery
Collection is from my studio in Oxshott
11 Beechwood Drive, Cobham, KT11 2DX
A collection time must be arranged in advance, between 8am and 10pm. If you are running late please contact me.
Deliveries can be made locally, depending on availability.
